Extracted from “Poets are Idiots (but) Unlike Idiots…”
Poems have idioms
That idiots ignore
When words
Surround in kingdoms
Of poetic justice and freedom.
Poets are idiots
Too but theirs is insanely
And purely
A metaphorical imagination of the world
Around them, unlike idiots…
For poems are natural mystics,
The pieces of imaginary world into little pieces
Of sense to the seeker, the reader,
When nature refuses the laws of bones
And stones of piles across,
Nature refused and will always refuse the laws of human
Unlike idiots. But humans will never refuse the law of nature,
For we descend from nature, like idiots…
