Lali Ranganath (Currently writes under the pen name Lalima)
Born in the village of Manamboor, located in Thiruvananthapuram district.

Mother: Savithri
Has two siblings: Mohanlal and Joylal.

Lali, who showed interest in reading and public speaking from her school days, used to write stories and poems in college magazines during her student life.
Currently, her writings are being published in magazines like Kala Kaumudi, Janayugam, and online platforms such as Lima World Library Online.
She is also a member of the Editorial Board of the globally recognized Lima World Library Online.
In 2024, her novel Neelima received the Satyajit Ray Literature Academy Award for Best Novel.
She has also been honored with recognition from B.S.S and Aksharam Sahitya Vedhi, among others, which have added to her list of accolades.
She currently resides in Bangalore with her family.

രണ്ട് സഹോദരങ്ങള്‍: മോഹന്‍ലാല്‍, ജോയിലാല്‍.
നാലു പുസ്തകങ്ങളാണ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.

സ്‌കൂള്‍ കാലം തുടങ്ങി വായനയിലും, പ്രസംഗത്തിലും അഭിരുചിയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ലാലി കോളേജ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ കാലത്ത് മാഗസിനില്‍ കഥകളും കവിതകളും എഴുതാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോള്‍ കലാ കൗമുദി, ജനയുഗം തുടങ്ങിയവയിലും ലിമ വേള്‍ഡ് ലൈബ്രറി ഓണ്‍ലൈനിലും രചനകള്‍ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു വരുന്നുണ്ട്.
ആഗോള തലത്തില്‍ പ്രസിദ്ധിയാര്‍ജ്ജിച്ച ലിമ വേള്‍ഡ് ലൈബ്രറി ഓണ്‍ലൈനിന്റെ എഡിറ്റോറിയല്‍ ബോര്‍ഡ് അംഗം കൂടിയാണ്. സത്യജിത്ത് റേ ലിറ്ററേച്ചര്‍ അക്കാദമിയുടെ മികച്ച നോവലിനുള്ള അവാര്‍ഡ് 2024-ല്‍ ‘നീലിമ’ എന്ന നോവലിന് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആ.ട.ട ന്റെ അംഗീകാരം, അക്ഷരം സാഹിത്യവേദിയുടെ ആദരവ് ഇവയെല്ലാം പ്രോത്സാഹനപട്ടികയിലുണ്ട്.
ഇപ്പോള്‍ കുടുംബത്തോടൊപ്പം ബാംഗ്ലൂരിലാണ് സ്ഥിര താമസം.
